There is one sleeping area on the first floor. The “Little Place Apartment,” which sleeps up to five guests, is a self contained, attached apartment with a private bedroom. It has a private entrance, a porch, a full kitchen, a semi-private bedroom with a queen bed, a living room, and a full bathroom.
A grand staircase leads you up to the second floor which can comfortably sleep up to 23 guests. Nine private to semi-private rooms line the exterior walls. All of the rooms have large windows with views. Two unisex half baths and two bathroom and shower rooms are also conveniently found on the floor. One of the rooms can also be used as a meeting or breakout room that seats up to 15 people.
The Skylight room, named for its 300 square foot skylight and high open beamed ceilings is inviting and bright during the day. It has two sunny porches with stunning views of Mt. Tamalpais and a large airy lounge with sofa and chairs. There is one large bathroom and shower room with three showers and three toilets.
For overnight use, the third floor has many configurations; it can be used as six individual (or eight semi-private) bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 27 guests.
Free wireless internet is available throughout the mansion and on the grounds.
